Thursday Sep 01, 2022
Our first ever male guest on the show (aside from Boyfriend, of course!) is Jake Sasseville!! Jake is a dear friend of Mary’s who vulnerably shares his life story including struggles with weight/ body-image, career successes and failures, and what he’s learned along the way.
This is a conversation about…
-
surrendering to life’s highs and lows
-
overcoming codependent and addictive behaviors
-
creating true, unimaginable success in your life
-
how your weight does not have to hold you back
Remember: NEXT. RIGHT. ACTION.
Jake Sasseville is a serial entrepreneur, author, podcaster and TV producer. He is the CEO of Imiloa Institute in Costa Rica, he was the youngest host in late-night TV history on ABC, and the White House, and Kauffman Foundation named him one of the most “innovative entrepreneurs.” He has built a wide-ranging and impactful career at the intersection of culture and consciousness.
At 17, he learned early on about life’s private struggles: his thirteen-year brother died of leukemia and his father was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in the same year. As a result, Sasseville has been known to be a sensitive, steadfast and resilient leader, often choosing pioneering paths instead of roads frequently traveled.
