#88: Asking for Support
Wednesday Oct 20, 2021
Wednesday Oct 20, 2021
A lot of people (wrongly) believe that asking for help means that you've somehow failed... Like if you can't do everything on your own then you're somehow not good enough. But the truth is, you don't have to do everything yourself. It is strong and brave and worthwhile to ask people to support you.
In this episode, will Mary talks about...
-
how asking for help creates opportunities for both you and others
-
why asking for help strengthens relationships
-
mindset shifts to make that will help you feel more empowered
Remember: A strong independent woman is not someone who never asks for help. Strong people are those who are brave enough to know that just because they can do it themselves doesn't mean they should.
